Anne Tjorven Büßen

 

Anne Tjorven Büßen joined the AIMI@FAU lab in May 2023 as Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Prof. Katharina Breininger. Earlier this year, she received her M.Sc. in Medical Engineering Science from Universität zu Lübeck. During her master studies, she was mainly interested in medical imaging and medical image processing. In collaboration with Siemens Healthineers, she established an image-based workflow phase detection for mechanical thrombectomies as part of her master thesis. Anne will continue to pursue this area of research in her Ph.D. project in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers.
