On May 13, former AIMI member Mathias Öttl successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Advancing Medical Image Analysis in Digital Pathology: Diffusion Models and Efficient Annotation for HER2 Analysis in Breast Cancer”.
His work was conducted within the framework of the DigiOnko project and marks the second successful dissertation completed under the supervision of Katharina Breininger.
