Effective June 2024, Prof. Katharina Breininger has taken up her appointment at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, where now holds the Professorship for Pattern Recognition at the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. She and several members of her team remain affiliated with FAU. While the group is currently in a transitional phase, research activities continue, and close collaboration with the newly forming pattern recognition group in Würzburg is being established.
